COVID-19

Skin Renewal takes the safety of everybody seriously, but even more so our patients and staff. Our clinics are currently able to operate, but on a limited level, under strict regulations, and by appointment only.

Branch safety

We have reduced staff in clinics to meet government guidelines. Only one patient is allowed entry at a time, and they are screened upon arrival. Our staff are tested and monitored daily and throughout the day.

Staff and patient temperatures must be recorded in writing upon testing. Everybody is required to wear masks at all times (mask use protocol and recording in writing), and social distancing is adhered to within branches (indicated on the floor). Surfaces and devices (in particular) at the reception desk are wiped down regularly with disinfectant.

Floors are disinfected throughout the day, and all patients and staff are required to wear shoe-covering booties.

Products and deliveries

Products delivered to a branch are sanitized both on arrival at our warehouses, and when received at our branches.

No handling of skin care products is allowed by the public.

Skincare and supplement purchases

Under the current COVID-19 lockdown, Skin Renewal obtained registration as an essential service provider. Under this regulation, we can supply patients with their much-loved skincare and healthcare products.

You can purchase from our online store, opt to collect it at one of our branches or have it delivered to your door. For collections at a branch, and for orders of R1 500 or more, there is no delivery charge. A courier fee of R75 applies for all other orders. You can stand assured that our couriers maintain strict hygiene and social distancing standards, and you will not be required to sign for your order (a photo will be taken).

You can visit our Skin Renewal Online Skin Shop. If it is your first time purchasing, remember to register at, the top right of the page.

We are confident in our stringent safety protocols and keeping you safe.
