If you want the rainbow, you’ve got to put up with the rain! Dr Rulene recently popped her ‘out of office on’ and travelled to Knysna on golf tour for the 8th year in a row with the same group of golfing enthusiasts.
Not even the hectic rain they experienced on their tour could keep Dr Rulene off the golf courses.
In fact, whatever the weather, she and her tour mates played not one but three courses – Goose Valley, George and Penzula!
Dr Michele is, in addition to his love for Aesthetic Science, also a passionate runner.
Currently training for the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon in April of 2024, he impressively plans to do the Berlin and New York marathons respectively in the next 3 years and wants to potentially complete all 5 major world marathons in the next 5 years.
He jokes and says, “the only downside to running is that the Botox doesn't last as long!”
Clearly passionate about fitness, we love that he practises what he preaches, highlighting the massive contributor that staying active is to our skin (and overall) health.
