This definite pause in the year, with the school holiday break and Easter weekend, was a good opportunity to take a moment and just be.
If reflection was needed, that was the time to think about 2025 so far; the gains, the good and, yes, the challenges. It was the same with your skin. The shift from summer to autumn – perhaps you were not quite ready to admit it – might have caused a little seasonal flux. If that was when you needed to consider the months ahead or how you treated any damage from a summer rather too well spent, you could have dived right in.
We were waiting to explore your options together. In the meantime, we had news to share, so let’s jump to that.
Zaan and her gorgeous family went on a small breakaway to Klein Brak. They loved exploring the tranquil Little Brak Beach, enjoying peaceful canoeing trips on the lagoon, and taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty.
Stephanie and her husband kept it local and visited the aquarium for the first time since relocating to Cape Town. To add to her list of firsts, she tried Ramen noodles while at the V&A Waterfront and even adopted a Lion. Stephanie has been really embracing all these “yes” moments since her semigration and finds it’s making the transition so much easier.
We celebrated Lisa’s new bundle of joy as she’s about to go on maternity leave to nest and nurture until September. We can’t wait to meet her baby boy once he arrives and of course, he’ll be an official member of Team Willows. Speaking of new team fellows, we have a fresh face joining us soon and we’re most excited to introduce him to you.
