There’s a special kind of excitement in the air at our branch; our beloved senior therapist, Crai-Dean, is expecting a baby girl in August. We’re counting down the days until we get to meet this little bundle of joy. We know that you join us in sending warm wishes and congratulations to Crai-dean as she prepares for this wonderful new chapter. Crai-dean's patients will be tended to by our two other amazing therapists, Jody and Ganeefah, until Crai-dean returns part-time in November.
Our Desk Assistant Thabile is moving to Durban to be closer to her children. While we’re sad to see her go, we’re cheering her on as she starts this exciting new journey at our sister branch, Skin Renewal Durban. Thabile, your energy and spirit will be missed, but we know you’ll shine wherever you are.
We donned our comfiest slippers to support the Reach for a Dream Foundation on Slipper Day. It was a day filled with laughter, heart, and a shared mission to help make dreams come true for brave young dreamers (catch a glimpse of the fun on our Instagram reel).
What inspires you to move forward? For Branch Leader Lee-Zay and her husband Brynmor, it’s about honouring the past while walking with purpose. They recently participated in the Slave Route Challenge with selected Skin Renewal members as a powerful reminder of resilience and remembrance. This July, Skin Renewal celebrates its 20th Birthday.
